Week One: Image Three


Now that I don't have 6 pm classes every night this quarter, I can actually cook a nice meal for myself. This piece of pepper chicken was delicious, minus the fact that I put way too much oil in the pan that continuously popped up to sear my hands. I'm hoping that having a healthy dinner every night will enable me to loose all the weight I gained over thanksgiving break :) and who ever guessed that I'd be able to cook well!

  1. you should try steaming it,
    no oil,
    and you can soak the chicken in spices befor hand so its super delicious!
